Terms & Conditions

By bidding/winning this auction you accept the following Terms & Conditions.

• 1. At least 1 person must be 25 years of age, or over.
• 2. No more than 6 persons aboard the vessel at any time.
• 3 Sorry but no pets allowed.
• 4. The hirer parks their vehicle at the boatyard car park at owners risk, we hold no responsibility for any damage whatsoever.
• 5 The hirer is expected to exercise a duty of care and is held responsible for any wilful damage inflicted on the sellers property. Full restitution for both direct and indirect financial losses incurred, will be pursued.
• 6. The hirer is responsible for any mooring and/or pilot fees they incur during their holiday.
• 7. We reserve the right to refuse or remove bids, from persons with low or questionable feedback.
• 6 We reserve the right to remove persons from the boat, prior to the full duration of the holiday; if reports of illegal or antisocial behaviour are received.
• 8 We are not responsible for the conduct of the hiring party and/or any financial loss incurred by said party.
• 9 We will make all reasonable efforts to provide the holiday purchased. In the event that said holiday is terminated early due to mechanical failure, the seller reserves the right to refund/withhold part or all of monies at our discretion.
• 10 We confer no guarantees, both implied or actual.
